Username and Password
If you are a new customer to Rite Price, you will need a Username and Password to access your pricing on the web site, please click on the Apply button and complete all fields, a Username and Password will be sent to the e mail address you have supplied once received by our office.

Login
Please ensure your caps locks are off and insert your Username and Password into the Login boxes and click on Login, a personal welcome message will appear just under the scroller.

If you are sourcing a particular product or would like further information on pricing or carton sizes you can e-mail us.

Products
All our products have been placed into categories, some have sub categories, but you can view all the products in the categories using the All button, then scroll down the page using your page up or page down buttons.  If there is a specific product you are searching for go to the Search box, type in what you are looking for and click on the Search button.

Shopping
To place products into your Shopping Cart you can overtype the quantity at the side of the price and then press Add to cart, this product will automatically be placed into your cart and to amend the quantity or delete you will need to click on Show Cart.  Products will remain in your Cart until you process the order or delete them, if you have not completed your order and need to logout the cart will not lose the products already ordered.

Shop Cart
You can delete or amend products in the shop cart, it also tells you our stock levels under the More Available column, therefore enabling you to purchase remaining stock, if required.  Once you have checked your shop cart you can add a delivery comment or colour/size requirements for particular products, or just ask us to pack into smaller cartons in the comments box provided.  Then you can process the order by clicking on the Submit your order! button.  You will receive a confirmation by e mail and we will have the order immediately in the office ready for processing.

Account Maintenance - Update Details
If you need to update your personal details, click on Account Maintenance and then onto Update Details, you can amend your password and choose a different e-mail address to receive order confirmations.

Account Maintenance – Order History
You can view your previous orders to check pricing or to ascertain your best selling products!

Account Maintenance – Shopping Cart Contents
If you have been away from your computer and need to view the contents of your Cart, or to check that your Cart is empty, use this button.
